Comunication Is the key

No matter what happens in the virtual world, if there is a grid problem in SL we often know about it when its being fixed, however in Avination communication , isn't something they are serious about, they are often too busy to post anything about any issues they may be having,or in fact answer any questions about the grid or most other issues Case in point, I recently sent an email to the PR Officer , this person mailed me back after a few days asking if it was ok to mail me that night ( tonight ).

Now this isnt the first time they have promised to contact me, and there is always a delay beyond the date/time, they promise to be in contact ,I cant help wonder if this is a symptom of the reason things happen slowly on Avination, or not at all, to date... tonight didnt happen and that was two days ago, there will be an excuse, there always is, and I probably wont get an answer.

The main thing that puzzles me is why do they bother to say they are going to be in contact and then they dont contact me.

If I ever understand that, I think I will understand the slow reduction of users of Avination.
